Based on the available data it is concluded that NiL4

- is rapidly hydrolysed and therefore does not fulfil the P and vP criterion

- does fulfil the B or vB criterion

- does not fulfil the T criterion

( For NiL4 reliable acute aquatic toxicity data are available for the trophic levels fish, crustacean and algae. Based on these data the screening criterion for acute aquatic toxicity is not fulfilled. Also, the substance is not classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction or for chronic toxicity (R48).

and is therefore evaluated as not being a PBT or vPvB substance.
