Additional information

The short-term toxicity test to aquatic invertebrates (Noack_2006) performed according to OECD 202 and GLP was rated with RL=1 (reliable without restrictions) and used as a key study. Immobilisation to Daphnia magna of SymWhite 377 was observed after 48 hours at a nominal concentration of 1.25 mg/L (LOEC) and greater. The EC50 (48 hours) was 1.41 (95% CL: 1.35 - 1.47 mg/L) mg/L. The NOEC after 48 hours was 0.625 mg/L (all nominal test substance concentration).
