Description of key information
The substance is readily biodegradable, achieving > 60% degradation within 28 days. As such, it will not be present within the environmental compartments to allow for significant exposure to tropic organisms. Assessment of adsorption gave the following results for the components of the UVCB substance:
Log Koc major 1 = 8.58
Log Koc major 2 = 9.46
Upon exposure to soil, the substance is expected to strongly absorb to soil prior to degrading.
