Remarks on result:
other: Flowrate 12 ml/h. Mean of 10 samples. CV= 0.99%.
Details on results:
The coefficient of variation (n= 10) was ≤ 30% at both flow rates. It demonstrated that the system was equilibrated at all flow rates. The maximum difference on the mean values at both flow rates was ≤ 30% (2.1% was calculated). The water solubility of the substance is given as the mean value of these measurements: 6.41 mg/L.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The water solubility of Amiloride Compound 7 at 20°C was determined to be 6.41 mg/L using the column elution method (in accordance with EC A.6, OECD 105 and OPPTS 830.7840 and in compliance with GLP). The pH was 7.7-7.9 and would be considered slightly soluble (0.1-100 mg/L)
