Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of an aqueous solution of the substance at 90% of the saturation concentration was determined to be 74.7 mN/m at 20°C using the OECD Harmonized ring method (GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.5 and OECD 115). Because this is not < 60 mN/m, Amiloride Compound 7 is not surface active according to the EC A.5 guideline.
