The flame of the gas burner did ignite the test substance pile. The test substance melted, burned with a blue flame and turned into a black residue. White smoke was observed. After removal of the ignition source, the flame extinguished immediately and no propagation of combustion was observed.

Amiloride Compound 7 was determined to be 'not highly flammable' by ignition in a GLP-compliant study performed in accordance with UN MTC Test N.1 and EC.A10.
