The viscosity of Vinasses, residue of fermentation, depotassified, has
been determined using a rotational viscometer type "Brookfield Fungilab
Viscobasic + L".
The sample has been heated at 10, 20, 40 and 60°C in water-bath and
measurements have been performed at different rates from 20 to 100 rpm.
The results obtained at 21°C were between 86.6 and 89.9 m.Pas at
respectively 20 and 100 rpm.
