Executive summary:

1.0 mg of test material was weighed into a 100 ml flask and filled up to 100 ml using HPLC Grad Water. The sample filtered through a 1 µl acrodisc filter and then diluted to 90 %. The surface tension of the material was then measured in accordance to EU Regulation (EC) 440/2008, Annex Part A test A5. The mean surface tension at 20 C was 55.7 mN/m.
