Daphnia magna were exposed for 48 hours under semi-static conditions to the test substance in a study conducted in accordance with the OECD 202 Testing Guideline and GLP principles. The 48h-EC50 could not be determined up to the limit of water solubility.
In addition, the analogue substance Tricyclodecane dimethanol, esters with acrylic acid (CAS 42594-17-2) was tested in a GLP OECD 202 study. The 48h-EC50 was equal to 2.63mg/L.
