Description of key information

Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata were exposed for 72 hours under static conditions to the test substance in a study conducted in accordance with the OECD 201 Testing Guideline and GLP principles. The 72h-ErC50 could not be determined up to the limit of water solubility. The 72h-ErC10 was equal to 0.14 mg/L (95% CI: 0.104 - 0.189 mg/L).

In addition, the analogue substance Tricyclodecane dimethanol, esters with acrylic acid (CAS 42594-17-2) was tested in a GLP OECD 201 study. The 72h-ErC50 was equal to 1.6 mg/L and the 72h-ErC10 was equal to 0.64 mg/L.
