Additional information

Neither with nor without S9-mix p-isopropylphenyl isocyanate showed mutagenic properties up to a concentration of 1500 µg/plate. With a concentration of 3000 µg/plate percipitation occurs and with 5000 µg/plate (but not with 10 to 1000 µg/plate) in a concentration range finding study on TA 98 and TA 100 a bacteriotoxic effect was seen.
