Description of key information

As per read-across from EC 272-723-1 which is a structurally similar material to the Registration material, acute aquatic toxicity to invertebrates was studied in an OECD 202 study. A 48 h nominal EC50 of 5.4 mg/L in Daphnia magna was determined.

Additional information

Read-across from other, structurally closely related ZDDPs is justified because of structural similarity and analogy of properties and effects. These are apparent from the physico-chemical properties, ecotoxicity, mammalian toxicity and fate, and supported by predictions using models.
