PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

It can be stated that the substance does not fulfil the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).

Persistence:

The substance is not readily biodegradable under the tested conditions. In a weight-of-evidence approach, (a)biotic degradation available is assessed. Based on the available data, the test substance meets the very persistence criteria and may therefore be considered to be 'P (and vP)'.

Bioaccumulation:

The test substance is considered not bioaccumulative based on a valid and reliable bioaccumulation in fish study and is therefore considered to be “not B/vB”.

Toxicity:

The test substance fulfils the criteria for toxic to reproduction Category 2 (H361) and is very toxic to freshwater and marine organisms. The substance is therefore considered to be Toxic (T).
