Description of key information

Hydrolysis:

The test item was determined to be hydrolytically stable (<10% degradation) in sterile aqueous solutions buffered at pH 4, 7, and 9 after incubation for five days at 50 ± 0.5°C. The half-life (DT50) were 329.2, 1425 and 519.1 days at pH 4, 7 and 9 respectively.

Ready biodegradation:

The Biodegradation degree (CO2 to ThCO2) after 28 days was 70-80 % and DOC-elimination of the test substance after 28 days was 90-100 %. The test substance is readily biodegradable.

Adsorption / desorption:

The test was performed based on procedures in the OECD Guideline 121 using HPLC method. Under the chromatographic conditions specified, the test item eluted as one discrete peak. The Adsorption coefficient (Log Koc) for test item was 0.333.
