As described in OECD 105 a concentration plateau is reached, if at least 5 consecutive fractions do not differ by more than 30%. This is achieved for all evaluations, except the evaluation of the second run at a flow rate of 6.25 mL/h. Determination of the water solubility at both flow rates yielded values below the limit of quantification (LOQ).

The water solubility was determined at 20 °C. The pH value of the collected aqueous fractions was 6.3.

Description of key information

Water solubility < 0.846 µg/L at 20 °C, pH 6.3 (OECD Guideline 105, column elution method)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Determination of the water solubility yielded values below the limit of quantification (LOQ = 0.846 µg/L, as determined by calibration)
