Description of key information

Boiling point_OECD 102/EU Method A.2_DSC: decomposition / compositional change from approximately 145 °C at 101.4 kPa
Read-across substance_Phosphoric acid, mono- and di-(C8-C10) ester, compds. with C12 - 14 amine_Boiling point_ASTM E537-86/EU Method A.2_DSC: decomposition from ~ prior to boiling; estimated boiling point > 359.85 °C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
359.85 °C

Additional information

The target substance decomposes / show compositional changes at approx. 145 °C (Fox, 2013). The determination was performed according to OECD Guideline 102 / EU Method A.2 using a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). Supporting information is given by the study conducted with the read-across substance (Lumsden, 1999). The key value for the boiling point was estimated from the obtained vapour pressure of another study conducted with the read-across substance.
