Description of key information

Two studies are available:
1) A fat solubility study (Macdonald, 1989) is available which is key study. This study showed that the test substance was miscible in all proportions with standard fat HB 307 at 37 ℃.
2) A solvent solubility study (Schweitzer, 1991) is available which is key study. This study showed that the test substance was miscible with all of the solvents tested.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Two studies are available:

1) A fat solubility study was conducted according to EU Method A.7 (Macdonald, 1989). Key study.

This study showed that the test substance was miscible in all proportions with standard fat HB 307 at 37 ℃.

2) A solvent solubility study was conducted according to EPA Section 63-8 (Schweitzer, 1991). Key study.

The solubility of the test substance was 630 g/L in dimethylformamide, 590 g/L in Methyl Pyrrolidinone and 580 g/L in Exxon 200.
