First-aid measures

General recommendations: Remove contaminated clothing.
Inhalation : Fresh air. If irritation develops, seek medical advice.
Skin contact: Wash with plenty of water and soap. Do not use solvents.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation develops, seek medical advice.
Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water. Seek medical advice.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media:
Water spray, foam, dry chemicals, CO2
Inappropriate extinguishing media: High pressure water stream
Special exposure hazards arising from the substance itself, combustion products, resulting gases: On burning carbon, nitrogen and sulphur oxides can be evolved.
Special protective equipment: Wear suitable breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: see 8.3. Avoid dust formation.
Environmental precautions: Do not empty into drains or watercourses.
Cleaning methods: Collect in a suitable container avoiding dust formation.
