Description of key information

The temperature range in which 10 to 90 % of Distillates (coal tar), heavy oils (anthracene oil >50 ppm BaP, AOH [CAS no. 90640-86-1]) distils is considered as relevant boiling range, in this case ~340 - >= 400 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
340 °C

Additional information

For risk assessment, the low end of the boiling range (approx. 10 % distillate), 340°C (613 K), is adopted as relevant b.p.
