As result of the readily biodegradability test study Triethanol amineacetate is considered as inherently biodegradable. Triethanol amineacetate was biodegraded significantly during 28 days test period in an extent of 50 to 63 %. Moreover, direct or indirect exposure to water, sediment or soil is unlikely in the whole cycle life of the substance as risk management measures are implemented.
