The long-term toxicity to fish was tested with a GLP study following Fish, Early-Life Stage Toxicity Test (OECD 210). LOEC and NOEC of hexamethylene diacrylate were determined to be 0.149 mg/L and 0.0723 mg/L respectively, when Himedaka (Oryzias latipes) was exposed to hexamethylene diaclyrate [Ministry of the Environment Japan 2003].
