Additional information

Two studies in short-term toxicity of HDDA to aquatic invertebrates are available. As Key study, an EC50 (48h) of 2.7 mg/L HDDA was determined in a GLP study following OECD 202 [Environment Agency Japan 1999]. Supportingly EC50 of 2.6 mg/L was estimated in a non-GLP study following the method laid down in Directive 79/831/EEC using Daphnia magna [BASF SE 1989].
