Toxicity to fish, aquatic invertebrates, and algae:

Experimental data on the registered substance, substances with similar composition (light naphtha), as well as QSAR results with freshwater fish, invertebrates, and algae, exhibit moderate (LC50 >1 <=100 mg/L) acute aquatic toxicity, and chronic toxicity >0.1 mg/L.

Measured data demonstrate that the QSAR estimations provide a conservative prediction of aquatic effects from short and long-term continuous exposure to the registered substance (as is obtained under test conditions).

Toxicity to aquatic microorganisms:

QSAR estimates LL50 >10 mg/L and NOEL >1 for the aquatic microbe, Tetrahymena pyriformis.
