Additional information

In the non-GLP Klimisch1 study from Bütfering (2012) the self ignition temperature of the test item Butanedioic acid, 2(or 3)-sulfo-, 4-[2-[(1-oxo(C12-C18(even numbered) and C18unsaturated)alkyl))amino]ethyl]esters, disodium salts was determined according to EU method A.16. The test item temperature reaches 400 °C by self-heating. The test was repeated three times, the measured self-ignition temperatures were 325, 336, 330 und 338 °C. As worst case, the lowest value is taken as self-ignition temperature. Therefore the test item has a Relative Self-Ignition Temperature of 325 °C according to the definition in the Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, method A. 16.
