PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A stock solution (125.4 mg/l) was prepared by stirring the test substance in deionized water for about 20 min at approximately 20 ± 2°C. The pH of the stock solution was adjusted to 8.3. The test solutions were prepared by diluting the stock solution.
