The physical-chemical properties of Crude 1,3 -dichloropropene were determined by EEC Method and/or O.E.C.D. Testing Guideline studies conducted with GLP compliance. With a Flash Point of 15.5 degrees C, Crude 1,3 -dichloropropene requires Classification and Labeling as "Highly flammable". The experimentally determined Log Pow for Crude 1,3 -dichloropropene of 2.3 suggests that little or no bioconcentration in the aquatic environment will occur.
