Description of key information

Triethanol amineacetate descomposes before boiling. Key value selected for CSA is 100ºC as it is manufactured as aqueous solution.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
100 °C

Additional information

Evaporation and/or decomposition of parts of the test substance was observed starting at 125 degrees celius (398K). Based on this, the test substance has no boiling point, but substance is manufactured as aqueous solution, so 100ºC is considered as boiling point in CSA.
