Description of key information
The HPLC method (in accordance with OECD 117 and in compliance with GLP) was performed to determine the partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) of the substance. The HPLC chromatogram of the substance showed three test substance peaks; each with a retention time > reference substance 2,4-DDT (log Pow of 6.2). It was therefore concluded that the log Pow of the substance is > 6.2. The log Kow value used for the CSA is extrapolated using the available regression line of the reference substances.
