Description of key information
A study according to OECD TG 305 and in compliance with GLP is available. The most reliable BCF value is found at 0.0030 mg/L, being 1/100 of the LC50. The BCF at steady state and the kinetic BCF after 47 days were calculated to be 2114 and 2171, respectively. After normalisation of lipid content and taking into account growth dilution the BCF results in 1892 l/kg ww. This is considered a conservative value because the measured concentration from centrifuged samples were used instead compared to the non-centrifuged samples (Annex XV report, 2015 and personal communication with the lead registrant).
