Results and discussion

Melting / freezing point
Remarks on result:
other: No freezing point /freezing range could be determined. The viscosity of the test substance increased with decreasing temperature until finally, the test substance was completely solid. At the temperature (-27.4 and -31.3°C) a stirrer could not be moved.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
No freezing point /freezing range could be determined. The viscosity of the test substance increased with decreasing temperature until finally, the test substance was completely solid. At the temperature (-27.4 and -31.3°C) a stirrer could not be moved.
Executive summary:

No freezing point /freezing range could be determined. The viscosity of the test substance increased with decreasing temperature untill finally, the test substance was completely solid. In two independent studies the stirrers could not be moved at a temperature of -27.4 and -21.3 °C, without a clear phase transition of liquid into solid.
