Description of key information

The objective of this study was to assess the relative density of the test substance, Cocoa Powder (10-12% Lipid) and (20-24% lipid) representing two extremes of fat content typically found in commercial cocoa powders.

The confirmed density range is 1.34-1.41 at temp 20.2degC.
