Description of key information

Even though reproduction is the primary endpoint, parental length turned out to be more sensitive in the OECD 211 study and resulted in a NOEC of 0.53 mg/L.

Additional information

One study performed under GLP according to OECD guideline 211 is available. This resulted in a 21d-NOEC for reprodcution of 1.5 mg/L (measured TWM concentration) and a 21d-NOEC for parental body length of 0.53 mg/L (measured TWM concentration) for Daphnia magna.

The study is valid without restriction and can therefore be used for C&L and Hazard- and Risk Assessment.

This is supported by a non-GLP 10 days screening study performed according to OECD 211 which resulted in a 10d-EC10 for reproduction of 6.5 mg/L (measured TWM concentration).
