Description of key information
The flammability limits for propylene glycol n-propyl ether are 1.3 vol.% at 318 K for the lower flammability limit and 10.6 vol.% at 360 K for the upper flammability limit.
DOWANOL™ PnP Glycol Ether (propylene glycol n-propyl ether) has a flash point of 46 °C and a boiling point of 149 °C. Therefore classification for flammability according to EU criteria is required.

The flammability limits for propylene glycol n-propyl ether are 1.3 vol.% at 318 K for the lower flammability limit and 10.6 vol.% at 360 K for the upper flammability limit.
DOWANOL™ PnP Glycol Ether (propylene glycol n-propyl ether) has a flash point lower than 55 °C (46 °C) and a boiling point greater than 35 °C ( 149 °C). Hence, classification for flammability according to EU criteria is required.
