Additional information

The study by the Qvist Lab was taken to be the key study as this was carried out in accordance with OECD guidelines. This study was also performed at the required temperature of 20°C. The BASF study at 50°C was on a different physical form of 4-chloro-o-cresol and no guideline was cited therefore the study was considered to be less reliable and therefore not used as a key sudy.
