Description of key information

Data waiving:

Reason: Other justification.

Justification: According to the Data Submission Manual 5: How to Complete a Technical Dossier for Registrations and PPORD Notifications (RELEASE 2.1), ECHA-08-B-06-EN, for registrations of >1000T, one long-term test must be provided either for toxicity to soil macroorganisms (except arthropods), or for toxicity to terrestrial arthropods. Data requirements have been adequately covered with an OECD Guideline 222, Earthworm Reproduction Test. Thus, a study examining toxicity to terrestrial arthropods is not required.
