Description of key information

Melting ranges: >= -39.2 - <= -31.2 °C (Laus 2009, Lupra VP 9236).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

There are three studies that are appropriate to give to melting point of Propylidynetrimethanol, ethoxylated (Currenta 2009, Laus 2009 and Laus 2009). While each of these studies gives that there is no melting point, two studies give a melting range (Laus 2009, Lupra VP 9236 and Laus 2009, Lupra. 3903). The study that shows the lowest of these two melting ranges is taken to describe the key parameter "melting point": >= -39.2 - <= -31.2 °C (Laus 2009, Lupra VP 9236).
