- Based upon the above experiment, the 24 and 48 hour EC50 (with 95% Confidence limits), NOEC and LOEC of Benzenesulphonyl chloride (Provichem 0203) for Daphnia magna was determined as follows:
EC50 - 24 hours : 66.93 mg/L (95% Confidence limits: 51.54 to 82.32mg/L)
EC50 - 48 hours : 41.61 mg/L (95% Confidence limits: 33.31 to 49.91 mg/L)
