Description of key information

In a non-GLP study, performed according to ISO Standard 304-1985 (Oltchim S.A. 2011), the surface tension of the test substance was determined using the ring method. The surface tension of the test substance at 20 °C in water at a concentration of 1.15 g/L was determined to be 42.64 mN/m and therefore, it was concluded that the test substance is surface active.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Surface tension:
42.64
in mN/m at 20°C and concentration in mg/L:
