Data for IUCLID section 5 could mostly be waived because the substance is inorganic:

Abiotic degradation is specifically needed for organic substances and less relevant for inorganic substances. A test for biodegradation in water does not need to be conducted in accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VII section 9.2.1.1, if the substance is inorganic.

Bioaccumulation is not expected to be relevant for the test substance. In addition, an adsorption/ desorption test with a determination of a Kd-value for the test substance is also not reasonable.
