Additional information

The test substance was tested in acute immobilisation test on Daphnia magna.

Since the test substance is multi-component poorly soluble substance the water-accommodated fractions (WAFs) were prepared by adding measured amounts of the test substance to the dilution water and then were stirred for a period of 72 hours.

The preliminary test was performed in range of test substance loading rates 10 – 100 mg/L. Based on the toxicity of test substance found in preliminary test, the full test was performed in appropriate loading rates range.

The full test was performed in range of test substance loading rates 6 – 40 mg/L. The tests were performed as static.

Test results:

24 hour-EL50 = 23.1 mg/L                (loading rate)

                      (95% confidence limit: 20.1 - 26.0 mg/L)

48 hour-EL50 = 17.9 mg/L               (loading rate)

                      (95% confidence limit: 14.3 – 21.4 mg/L)

24 hour-NOELR = 6.0 mg/L             (loading rate)

48 hour-NOELR = < 6.0 mg/L          (loading rate)

24 hour-EL100 = 40.0 mg/L             (loading rate)

48 hour-EL100 = 29.0 mg/L             (loading rate)
