Conclusion on classification

According to the regulation (EC) 1272/2008, SymHelios® 1031 has to be classified as aquatic chronic 1 "very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects" and aquatic acute 1 “very toxic to aquatic life”. The most sensitive species tested in accordance with regulation (EC) 1907/2006 annex VIII is fish (LC50of 0.83 mg/L). No chronic study (daphnia or fish) is available at this point in time.
