Additional information

The short-term toxicity test to aquatic invertebrates (Noack_2007) performed according to OECD 202 and GLP was rated with RL=1 (reliable without restrictions) and used as a key study. Immobilisation to Daphnia magna of SymHelios® 1031 was observed after 48 hours at a nominal concentration of 0.84 mg/L (LOEC) and greater. The EC50(48 hours) was 1.48 (95% CL: 1.23 - 1.78 mg/L geometric mean measured concentration) mg/L. The NOEC after 48 hours was 0.41 mg/L (geometric mean measured concentration).
