Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
General advice: Consult a physician.
If inhaled: If breathed in, move person into fresh air.I f symptoms persist, call a physician.
In case of skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off with soap and plenty of water. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
n case of eye contact: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
If swallowed: If large quantities of this material are swallowed, call a physician immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding environment. Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: High volume water jet
Specific hazards during firefighting: Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire.
Special protective equipment for firefighters: In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Further information:Collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately. This must not be discharged into drains.
Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment. Avoid breathing dust. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Environmental precautions: Prevent product from entering drains.
Methods for cleaning up: Sweep up and shovel into suitable containers for disposal. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handling: Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Provide adequate ventilation. Wear personal protective equipment.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Avoid dust formation. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed.
Requirements for storage areas and containers: Store in original container. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Advice on common storage: No special restrictions on storage with other products.
Other data: Stable under normal conditions.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Contains no substances with occupational exposure limit values.
Respiratory protection: In the case of dust or aerosol formation use respirator with an approved filter.
Dust safety masks are recommended when the dust concentration is more than 10 mg/m3.
Hand protection: Impervious gloves
Eye protection: Tightly fitting safety goggles
Hygiene measures: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
Environmental exposure controls
General advice: Prevent product from entering drains.
Stability and reactivity
Hazardous reactions:Dust may form explosive mixture in air.
Note: Stable under recommended storage conditions.
Conditions to avoid:Direct sources of heat.
Materials to avoid:Strong oxidizing agents
Hazardous decomposition products: In case of fire hazardous decomposition products may be produced such as: Carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides (NOx)
Disposal considerations
Product: Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
Contaminated packaging: Empty remaining contents.
Empty containers should be taken to an approved waste handling site for recycling or disposal.
