Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VII the study does not need to be conducted as there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in this substance. Additionally, the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) data show that no significant thermal events occurred. A similar negative DSC result was obtained when the analysis was performed using conditions which are particularly suitable for examining for potential explosivity, ie a sealed pan heated at a rate of 10°C/min.
