Justification for classification or non-classification

Aluminium (3+) ions and isopropanol are considered non-irritant to skin, however isopropanol is legally classified as eye irritant. Therefore, the registered substance is considered an eye irritant as well and needs to be classified with H319 according to regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
