General advice : No hazards which require special first aid measures.

If inhaled : Move to fresh air in case of accidental inhalation of dust or fumes from overheating or combustion.

If symptoms persist, call a physician.

In case of skin contact : Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off with soap and plenty of water.

In case of burns apply cold water until pain subsides then seek medical advice.

In case of eye contact : Flush eyes with water as a precaution. Remove contact lenses. Protect unharmed eye. Keep eye wide open while rinsing.

If swallowed : Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water.

Do not give milk or alcoholic beverages.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed : No symptoms known or expected.

Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed : No hazards which require special first aid measures.

Do not induce vomiting: contains petroleum distillates and/or aromatic solvents. Keep patient warm and at rest.

Fire-fighting measures

Measures indicated are for the substance at ~50-70% concentration in mineral oil, as marketed.

Suitable extinguishing media : Use water fog, foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide (CO2) to extinguish flames

Unsuitable extinguishing media : Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding environment.

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture

Combustibility : Combustible.

Hazardous combustion products : Phosphorus oxides, Sulphur oxides, Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and unburned hydrocarbons (smoke).

Advice for firefighters

Protective equipment and precautions for firefighters : In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus.

Fire Fighting Instructions : Collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately. This must not be discharged into drains.

Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Accidental release measures

Measures indicated are for the substance at ~50-70% concentration in mineral oil, as marketed.

Personal precautions :

Advice for emergency responders: Use personal protective equipment.

Advice for non-emergency personnel: Avoid contact with spilled material. Do not touch or walk through spilled material.

Keep people away from and upwind of spill/leak.

Environmental precautions : No Exposure Scenario annex is attached to this safety data sheet as it is a non-classified mixture containing no

hazardous substances.

Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas.

Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.

Methods for cleaning up : Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so.

Large Spills: Dyke far ahead of liquid spill for later recovery

and disposal.

Recover by pumping or with suitable absorbent

Report spills as required to appropriate authorities.

Seek the advice of a specialist before using dispersants.

Dispose of according to local regulations.

In the event of a spill or accidental release, notify relevant

authorities in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Material will sink to the sediment layer

Remove debris in path of spill prior to oiling and remove contaminated debris from shoreline and water surface.

Wipe up with absorbent material (e.g. cloth, fleece).

Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.

Handling and storage

Measures indicated are for the substance at ~50-70% concentration in mineral oil, as marketed.

Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local and national regulations.

Normal measures for preventive fire protection.

Products may load from Infineum manufacturing site above the standard loading/unloading range.

Loading/unloading temperature : 50 °C (122 ° F) - 60 °C (140 ° F)

Viscosity @ Loading/unloading temperature : 311 cSt - 773 cSt

Static accumulator : This material is not a static accumulator.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities

Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.

Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.

Do not reheat above: 60 °C (140 ° F)

Storage temperature : <= 60 °C (140 ° F)

Incompatible materials and coatings : butyl-rubber

Specific use(s) : This material should not be used for any other purpose than that recommended without expert advice.
