Additional information

For the aquatic risk assessment of Depanol acute studies for fish and daphnia are available. For algae acute (ErC50) and chronic data (ErC10) are available. Furthermore, data from an OECD 209 test are available. All studies are considered relevant and reliable.

The LC50 of fish is 1.3 mg/L, the EC50 of daphnids is 0.48 mg/L and the ErC50 of algae is 0.42 mg/L. The EC50 of microorganisms is 100 mg/L. Hence the algae are the most sensitive aquatic group. Therefore, the ErC50 from the algal study will be used for the risk evaluation.
