Description of key information

An auto ignition test according to guideline NF T 20 -036 (Sept 85) was conducted to determine the auto ignition temperature of Vanadium concentrate.
The apparatus used for the test is in compliance with the guideline. The atmospheric pressure was 101.5 kPa, the rate: 0.5 °C/min.
During the test, the sample did not ignite and no melting was observed, so the test was stopped at 400 °C as described in the method NF T 20 -036. The result of the auto ignition temperature test is > 400 °C.
