Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The substance is a colourless liquid at ambient conditions. The odour was not assessed because of the stated material toxicity.
Executive summary:

The physical states (appearances) of the test substance samples were assessed by visual inspection. Both were described as clear liquids.
Each test substance was separately placed in a clear glass vial held against a white card, and its colour assessed by comparison with standard colour samples on a reference colour card under natural daylight conditions. Both test substances can be described as colourless.
The odour was not assessed because of the stated material toxicity.
