All animals experienced skin effects at a concentration level of 75% of the test substance, therefore the substance is classified as a skin sensitiser (Skin Sensitiser, Category 1B) according to EU classification requirements (CLP).

Justification for classification or non-classification

The substance is classified as a skin senstiser (Skin Sensitiser, Category 1B) based on the results of the study (OECD 406 Guinea Pig Maximisation Test). For classification as a Skin Sensitiser, Category 1B, more than 30% of animals must respond at an induction concentration of more than 1%. In the test on this substance 100% of the animals responded at an induction concentration of 5%.
